Job summary

A research lab in Pittsburgh seeks a Postdoctoral Associate to lead TMS/TBS research on neurostimulation effects in healthy individuals and patients with bipolar disorders. Candidates should have expertise in TMS paradigms, EEG, neuronavigation techniques, and programming in MATLAB or Python. Qualifications

• Strong preference for expertise with multiple TMS paradigms.
• Experience with EEG and/or TMS/EEG recommended.
• Familiarity with neuronavigation techniques and software advised.
• Programming skills and expertise with MATLAB and/or Python preferred.
• Experience analyzing structural and functional MRI additional preferred skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with ongoing TMS/TBS research projects, including two NIMH-funded grants.
• Oversee a fMRI/TBS/fMRI protocol to assess acute neurostimulation effects.
• Perform single-pulse TMS with simultaneous EEG recordings to study oscillatory properties.
• Ensure accurate TMS targeting using neuronavigational devices and software.

Skills
