Precision Neurotherapeutics Laboratory at Stanford University in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is seeking a full-time Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator (ACRC). The role will support NIH-funded projects to tailor transcranial magnetic stimulation for depression using EEG biomarkers and machine learning to optimize treatment efficacy.

The candidate will collaborate with engineers, clinicians, and statisticians, with opportunities for growth toward MD/PhD goals.

Qualifikationen

• Two-year college degree and one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience working with patient populations and strong communication skills.
• Experience programming or software development.
• Experience with EEG brain recordings and data collection.
• Able to work in-person at Stanford University.

Aufgaben

• Schedule and screen study participants and obtain consent.
• Prepare regulatory documents for the study.
• Recruit and contact participants; manage start-up to closeout.
• Collect MRI, TMS, EEG, and other data; manage study data in REDCap.
• Assist in design/implementation of software for real-time EEG monitoring and closed-loop brain stimulation.
• Maintain study documents, flow sheets, and case report forms.
