Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in battery cell testing and cathode fabrication.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation and electrochemical measurements.
• Ability to develop technical reports describing project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Cathode materials synthesis and scale-up using a scalable reactor design.
• Design and optimization of the reactor and process engineering; develop measurement protocols.
• Conduct electrochemical and analytical characterization; coin cells preparation and testing.
• Produce quarterly reports based on project outcomes to funders; write manuscripts for peer-reviewed publications.
• Organize results for grant applications and participate in grant writing.
• Provide weekly oral presentation reports at group meetings and biweekly written reports; attend NCI meetings.
