Optimal Staffing is seeking a skilled materials scientist/engineer to develop and evaluate next-generation battery cathode materials. Responsibilities include synthesis, characterization, electrode and cell fabrication, and electrochemical testing with data-driven interpretation and reporting.

The role requires hands-on experience in battery materials, analysis, and post-mortem evaluation, along with the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and quality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Hands-on experience in chemical or material characterization.
• Candidates should have practical knowledge of battery material synthesis, analysis, cell fabrication, and electrochemical characterization.
• Ability to conduct experiments, interpret data, and work independently and collaboratively.

• Develop and evaluate next-generation battery cathode materials through synthesis, characterization, electrode and cell fabrication, and electrochemical testing.
• Process and interpret experimental data, prepare summary reports, follow safety policies, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
