University of Delaware invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher to join a dynamic, interdisciplinary team studying subcellular RNA transport and microRNA-mediated posttranscriptional regulation during early development.

The role uses sea urchin embryos and mammalian cells to explore conserved microRNA functions and new methods for analyzing regulation in living and fixed samples.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Developmental Biology, Cell Biology, RNA Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute research tasks independently
• Write up and present findings on a regular basis
• Mentor and work alongside a small team of undergraduate and graduate students
