Qualifications

• PhD in Economics, Public Policy, Sociology, Political Science, Statistics, Evaluation, or related social science.
• Strong quantitative data analysis skills.
• Experience analyzing large administrative or longitudinal datasets.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as Stata, R, or SAS.
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly technical writing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while working collaboratively within a research team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analyses using large administrative datasets.
• Prepare analytic datasets and document data management procedures.
• Develop statistical code and produce tables, figures, and technical appendices.
• Contribute to the RESEA Final Evaluation Report by drafting technical sections and revising chapters.
• Collaborate with investigators to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate progress to the research team.
