Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• PhD must have been awarded within the past five years or in the next eight months.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Python; experience with power system hardware and communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development of innovative, technically rigorous research approaches for modern power system dynamics.
• Collaborate with researchers across the group to enable grid solutions for the future.
• Execute research tasks with increasing independence and manage small, well-defined technical efforts.
• Contribute to publications, conference papers, and technical reports, and present findings to internal/external audiences.
• Assist in proposing new research ideas and funding opportunities to expand capabilities.
