Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify candidate genes using published or available omics datasets.
• Grow, phenotype, and harvest pennycress plants in greenhouse or field.
• Perform photosynthetic measurements in pennycress plants.
• Generate and characterize pennycress transgenic plants.
• Summarize results and write related manuscripts; mentor interns as needed.
• Coordinate collaboration between teams and contribute to grant proposals.
