• Track record of publications and presentations at scientific venues.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map stress reporters in materials and microelectronic packages.
• Collaborate with optical design to augment toolsets and instrumentation.
• Design test structures to study stress-reporter sensitivity and imaging scales.
• Aid constitutive modeling via datasets and parameterization inputs.
• Present findings to teams, managers, and funding agencies.
• Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
• Work onsite; relocation assistance may be provided for those who qualify.
