Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis seeks a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join the Li Lab in the Division of Molecular Oncology. The position focuses on dysregulated transcription in cancer and will use oncogene-induced mouse tumor models to study tumor biology.

The fellow will develop independent projects, interpret data, and contribute to writing and grants under direct guidance. PhD or MD/PhD required; strong molecular biology and tissue culture skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong laboratory skills in molecular biology and tissue culture.
• Experience with animal husbandry is highly encouraged.
• Collaborative personality and team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop independent research projects from conception to publication.
• Write grant proposals, give talks, and prepare manuscripts under guidance.
• Possibly mentor summer students, rotation students, or interns.
