Job summary

UNSW’s School of Psychology invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow (Level A) to contribute to a school-based mental health project in South West Sydney. Based at UNSW, you will lead data management, analyses, and dissemination while traveling to trial sites and coordinating staff within the research team.

The role requires a PhD in Psychology with AHPRA endorsement and a strong track record in clinical psychology research, including coordination of longitudinal studies or RCTs.

Qualifications

• PhD required with AHPRA endorsement as a clinical, educational, or developmental psychologist.
• Demonstrated capacity for high-quality research and a strong track record relative to opportunity.
• Experience coordinating longitudinal studies, clinical outcomes, or RCTs in clinical psychology.
• Strong organisational, written and verbal skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of project staff and coordinate trial activities.
• Manage data collection, governance, monitoring and reporting for the research project.
• Develop protocols, governance and reporting systems for effective research operations.
• Disseminate results via reports, manuscripts, and presentations; engage with stakeholders.
