Job summary

The David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA invites applications for a Postdoctoral Scholar to join the Abdominal Imaging Lab within the ICAMP program, collaborating with Dr. Raman and a multidisciplinary team to develop imaging protocols correlating radiology with pathology, multi-omics, AI, treatment and clinical outcomes.

You will lead independent projects, publish results, supervise trainees, and help maintain research infrastructure while following UCLA safety and human subjects guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent research projects and support collaborative projects
• Author scientific publications and grant proposals
• Supervise trainees and maintain research infrastructure
• Comply with UCLA guidelines for lab safety, animal research, and human subject research
• Develop and update standard operating procedures and best practices for research projects
• Communicate effectively with team members, present findings and progress both verbally and in writing
