Qualificações

• PhD by start date in Ecology or related field.
• Experience with freshwater ecology or aquatic systems.
• Strong data analysis and statistical skills.
• Ability to communicate research findings through writing and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and conduct independent and collaborative research on freshwater ecology and host–parasite interactions.
• Design field, laboratory, or mesocosm experiments aligned with project goals.
• Analyze ecological, morphological, physiological, molecular, or other datasets with quantitative methods.
• Prepare manuscripts for publication and present at scientific conferences.
• Contribute to grant proposals and develop new research directions.
• Mentor undergraduate and graduate students in lab and field work.
• Collaborate with internal and external researchers on ongoing projects.
