Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent doctoral degree required or expected by 2027-08-31.
• Strong aptitude in quantitative fields and research contributions.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative computational and statistical methods to advance biological and biomedical discovery.
• Be mentored by leaders in AI/ML and collaborate across UC Berkeley-UCSF labs.
• Pursue independent research directions and build collaborations across multiple labs.
• Participate in group meetings, workshops, and annual retreats to share findings.
