Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or similar field.
• Demonstrated record of innovative scientific accomplishments with at least one first-author or co-first author paper in a top journal or conference.
• Technically rigorous, bold and creative.
• Excited about biology and human disease, and applying new computational algorithms.
• Able to present complex results clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work on independent research projects within Aviv Regev’s lab.
• Apply edge algorithms to single-cell genomics, spatial data, and perturbation screens.
• Collaborate across Research & Development to tackle challenging biological problems.
