  • Performs experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation with guidance.
  • Collaborates with lab members and faculty at departmental or inter-institutional levels.
  • Manages time and multiple projects, prioritizing deadlines.
  • Mentors research staff and students as appropriate.
  • Communicates findings at local, national, and international conferences.
  • Prepares data into figures and manuscripts for publication and grant proposals.
