Job summary

Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering at Harvard University seeks a Postdoctoral Fellow with expertise in immunology and computational biology to advance organ chip and AI-driven projects. Qualifications

• PhD required in a relevant field.
• Experience with programming in R and/or Python.
• Experience analyzing multi-omics datasets and integrating diverse data modalities.

Responsibilities

• Integrate multi-omics, spatial pathology, and clinical datasets to identify biomarkers and support biomarker-informed translation.
• Develop and evolve computational pipelines for bulk/single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, and proteomics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and advance project goals.
• Design, execute, and document in vitro experiments alongside organ chip teams and publish findings.
• Present key results to project teams and stakeholders; contribute to grants, publications, and patents.
