Qualifications

• PhD earned within the last 60 months or within 8 months of award.
• PhD in Environmental Science, Geoscience, Computational Hydrology/Hydrogeology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Research subsurface flow and transport modeling, hydrogeology and ML for environmental systems.
• Develop computational approaches for groundwater flow and transport in porous/fractured media.
• Integrate model-generated and observational data for calibration and prediction.
• Contribute to uncertainty quantification, inversion, and optimization for subsurface systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across subsurface science and environmental management.
• Publish results in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
