Qualifications

• Ph.D. in bioinformatics, computational biology, genetics, computer science, or a related field (required).
• Strong programming skills (Python, R, or similar) and experience building or maintaining analysis pipelines.
• Experience with RNA-seq, single-cell genomics, and/or proteomics data.
• Familiarity with machine learning or LLM-based approaches applied to biological data is a plus.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment spanning wet-lab and computational teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reusable bioinformatics analysis pipelines for RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, genomics, and proteomics data.
• Apply computational, statistical, and AI/ML approaches to uncover biological insights and support functional discovery.
• Collaborate with the Investigator and lab members on research projects, defining scope and implementing bioinformatics solutions that meet timelines.
