• Education: PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering, Computational Biology, or related discipline.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience with developing advanced computational workflows to handle heterogeneous biological datasets.
• Required skills: Proficiency in single-cell RNA sequencing, high-dimensional data analysis, bioinformatics tools, and programming languages (R, Python).

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize novel computational and analytical methods for multimodal data integration.
• Conduct rigorous analysis of multimodal data across primary project and funded lab projects.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary environment and mentor junior lab personnel.
• Assist in grant proposals and manuscript development and maintain lab organization.
