Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in radar system development including instrument design, testing, calibration, and radar signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform AIRSAR-NG end-to-end system calibration using internal signals and external targets.
• Refurbish radar transponder hardware and program SBC to autonomously receive/transmit AIRSAR-NG signals.
• Develop calibration techniques to compensate for modified chirps and validate polarimetric antenna patterns.
• Collaborate with JPL advisor to produce publishable research results.
