Job summary

Qualifications

MD or doctoral degree; and training in biostatistics, coding, AI, epidemiology, nutrition, public health, economics or related fields.
Record of original, first-author research publications in relevant areas.
Excellent quantitative/analytical research skills and strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

Update and expand the Food Compass algorithm per latest science.
Harmonize large U.S. branded food databases and apply AI tools for nutrient coding and data extraction.
Lead analyses describing dietary intake in the U.S. and internationally using Food Compass and major data sources.
Collaborate with retailers, healthcare systems, international health agencies, and policy organizations to advance nutrition education and policy.
Disseminate research findings to stakeholders including scientific and policy communities.
