You will build APIs and data pipelines, collaborate across business, operations, and technology teams, and mentor junior engineers while upholding engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Experience in Capital Markets / Financial Services.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle and post-trade processing.
• Hands-on with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST, Kubernetes, Docker.
• SQL and databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks.
• Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ or similar.
• CI/CD, DevOps, Cloud (AWS).
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop post-trade integration and data processing solutions
• Build APIs, messaging integrations, and scalable data pipelines
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams
• Support production systems, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and automation
