$81,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Post Tension Estimator/Detailer to join our fast-paced company. You will be responsible for estimating and detailing small to medium-sized residential and commercial construction projects while assisting in managing ongoing projects. This role is ideal for someone organized, with a strong work ethic and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailing and estimating for residential and commercial construction projects.
• Create shop drawings and manage project details.
• Provide entry-level project management and order-taking services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with management and clients.

Skills And Abilities

• Experience in detailing, estimating, shop drawings, order-taking, and customer service.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a self-starter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate issues effectively to the management team.
• Dependable with a strong sense of urgency for each task.
• Working AutoCAD knowledge (a plus).
• Shear 97 or ASA knowledge (a plus).
• On-screen take-off knowledge (a plus).

Must-Haves

• Experience in estimating and detailing small to medium-sized residential and commercial construction projects.
• Ability to help manage ongoing projects efficiently.

Nice-to-Have

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Shear 97 or ASA software.
• Understanding of on-screen take-off tools.
