Full-time, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts. BSN preferred; requires RN license and BLS; ACLS/PALS for Post Surgical PACU; 2+ years clinical and supervisory

Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• RN license and BLS required
• ACLS and PALS for Post Surgical PACU (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing activities and staff performance.
• Monitor patient outcomes and safety.
• Coordinate staff training and development.
• Analyze and implement departmental processes and strategic plans to improve operations, finances, and clinical outcomes.
