Job summary

North Central Surgical Center in Dallas, TX, seeks a Post Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift (3-12s). The RN provides comprehensive nursing care to post-surgical and telemetry patients under supervision of the Post-Surgical Unit/ED/Float Pool Clinical Supervisor.

Responsibilities include medication administration, accurate documentation, patient and family education, and active participation in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN license active
• Experience in post-surgical/telemetry preferred
• Strong patient-care and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within RN scope of practice.
• Implement physician orders and document medications.
• Document patient conditions in EHR and track admit/discharge/transfer status.
• Maintain complete nursing assessments and interventions records.
• Educate patients and families about care expectations.
