Qualifications

• Proficient in the English language, verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Louisiana State license as RN and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic manner.
• Perform psychosocial/physiologic assessments and plan care.
• Educate patients and families; discharge planning and teaching.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure efficient care delivery.
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Mentor other staff and support Lifelong learning.
