Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Nursing
• Registered Nurse (KY) licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky
• No experience required for full-time or part-time roles (PRN varies)

Responsibilities

• Care for a group of patients with emphasis on safe, family-centered care and quality outcomes.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff on the unit.
• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care using evidence-based practices.
• Support patient education, comfort, and satisfaction, and mentor staff as needed.
