Qualifications

• No experience required for full-time or part-time positions; PRN requires 1 year RN/LPN experience in inpatient, acute-care setting.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate degree required.
• Registered Nurse (KY) licensed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients and families.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff to ensure safe, effective care.
• Promote education, mentorship and evidence-based practice within the care team.
• Support patient and family centered care and satisfaction within a governance framework.
