Job Description

The Post Support Tech will support longform and short-form post production operations, handling tasks such as media prep, content ingest, delivery, graphic support, editing, media management, and administrative functions within the Post Production Department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing L1 support for remote and local editors and post staff.
  • Supporting multiple products like VPost, Frame.io, and Airtable.
  • Supporting MAM/DAM tools such as Orange Logic.
  • Developing workflows with Post Management, Engineering, and Workflow teams.
  • Supporting automation workflows and onboarding users to VDI/cloud environments.
  • Troubleshooting with Engineering.
  • Facilitating finishing processes including color correction and audio mixing.
  • Supporting media management and rendering for graphics.
  • Testing transcode workflows and archiving content.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in post-production or related knowledge.
  • Experience with Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, Interplay Access, Media Central CloudUX.
  • Ability to read audio/video scopes and knowledge of codecs, file formats, and camera formats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in Stamford, CT or Denver, CO.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Familiarity with Frame.io and Airtable.
  • Proactive, self-starter with good communication skills.
  • Experience with media management, MAM/DAM tools, and digital media file types.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.

Work Environment: Hybrid, with a minimum of three days in the office per week.

This position offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and other perks. Hourly rate: $24.00 - $31.25.
