Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Post Shipment Coordinator in Georgia. You will manage requests, provide customer service, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve post‑shipment issues, including shortages, overages, damages, and billing disputes using CRM tools.

Responsibilities include researching data to inform resolutions, maintaining case load priorities to meet SLAs, resolving shipping discrepancies, and acting as the main contact for post‑shipment matters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical customer support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Developing lasting professional relationships with all stakeholders.
• Effectively using fundamental practices and procedures to manage shipping discrepancy issues from inception to completion.

The Post Shipment Coordinator will manage requests and provide customer service, guidance, and resolutions for all Post Shipment needs. Investigates and resolves semi-complex problems and coordinates activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs. Utilize system tools to research and resolve customer inquiries such as shortages, overages, damages, and billing disputes. Develop a relationship with key stakeholders at all levels.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.


• 2 plus years of practical Customer Support experience.


• Proficient with Microsoft Suites.


• Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with SAP or CRM systems.


• Strong data analytical and problem‑solving skills in identifying patterns and trends.


• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Ability to excel in a high volume and fast‑paced environment.


• Demonstrate good analytical and organizational skills

The pay range for this position is $40,555 - $69,523. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
