Job summary

Booker T. Washington Community Service Center is seeking a Post-Secondary Success Coordinator in San Francisco to guide high school and Transitional Age Youth toward college and career readiness.

The role emphasizes culturally affirming support, collaboration with teachers and families, and ongoing case management to ensure successful transitions. The position is full-time, Exempt, with a starting compensation range of $75,000 to $80,000 and a schedule of 40 hours per week, primarily in-person

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s/bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with youth or college readiness programs is valued.
  • CPR/First Aid certification required or obtainable on onboarding.
  • Food Safety/ServSafe certification required or able to obtain on onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver post-secondary planning and student support for TAY and high school students.
  • Coordinate with families, schools, and partners to ensure consistent guidance.
  • Plan college and career readiness curricula and lead visits and explorations.
  • Maintain participant data and outcomes in BTWCSC systems and support reporting.
