Job summary

Presidio Networked Solutions, LLC in Florida seeks an Architect to lead design and implementation of secure data, wireless, and security networks for medium to large environments. You will perform project-based engineering, installation and troubleshooting.

Travel up to 30%; you will collaborate with the engineering team to deliver design documentation and client-ready solutions that meet security and performance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
• 7+ years of experience in network engineering and design.
• Cloud Networking experience with AWS or Azure.
• 3 years of related experience with project deliverables from a VAR/Integrator.
• Experience with implementation, support and design of firewalls/VPNs (Cisco is a must, other brands optional).
• 7+ years of networking experience including configuring, analyzing & troubleshooting complex networks.

Responsibilities

• Working with the engineering team to architect and lead implementation of secure network solutions.
• Perform project-based engineering, installation and troubleshooting of data/security networks.
• Routing, switching, and security configuration and deployment in medium to large environments.
• Wireless configuration and deployment in medium to large environments.
• Provide network engineering consulting services, including assessment and implementation of complex data and secure networking environments.
• Develop design documentation and manage implementation from start to customer acceptance.
• Deliver services that offer an exceptional client experience.
