Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in admin or customer service, an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), strong Excel and CRM skills, and sharp handwriting for handwritten notes.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of professional experience in administrative support, customer service, or post-sale coordination.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for pricing charts and tracking, CRM/scheduling software proficiency, and basic math.
• Excellent handwriting and strong verbal/written communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in billing and data entry; proven proofreading abilities.
• Professional appearance, interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask in busy retail periods.

Responsibilities

• Complete transactions and securely process payments, deposits, and final invoices.
• Guide customers through financing paperwork and verify lender approvals.
• Coordinate delivery timelines and pickups with customers and logistics teams.
• Answer phones and greet customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Maintain meticulous records in CRM and office software; process mailings and documentation.
• Review marketing materials and order details for proofreading accuracy.
