Garmin is seeking a full-time Associate Producer to support the Lead Post Producer and Global Executive Producer at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area.

You will help manage day-to-day project coordination, asset tracking, and cross-functional communication across editorial, audio, motion graphics, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery. The role emphasizes maintaining organized asset management, tracking feedback during reviews, and supporting post-production

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist Lead Post Producer and Global Executive Producer with day-to-day project coordination and asset management.
• Coordinate production/post-production schedules and reviews from kickoff to asset delivery.
• Track feedback and approvals across editorial, motion graphics, and audio teams.
• Ensure assets are properly organized and documented in Frame.io; communicate revisions promptly.
• Support vendor setup, talent review, and session setup for audio needs.
• Coordinate outside motion graphic vendors when capacity is reached; align with team on deadlines.
