Job summary

Confluent Medical Technologies in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Post-Processing and Inspection Technician I for 1st shift. You will perform post-processing operations, inspect products to specification, and document results in GMP-compliant records.

You should be hands-on, detail-oriented, able to read drawings, and willing to train others. The role supports high-volume manufacturing and requires lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Extremely hands on with mechanical aptitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-processing operations including mandrel removal, flushing, pressure testing, baking, and associated product testing.
• Inspect product per specifications using specified measuring equipment.
• Read, follow, and accurately complete all provided documentation (product drawings, work procedures, process logs, etc.).
• Be able to train other technicians/operators in post-processing operations, inspection methods, and required documentation.
• Communicate issues to engineering for collaborative continuous improvement.
• Follow GMP: line clearance, work instructions, documentation, etc.
• Be willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adjust shifts as needed by business conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
