Lund seeks a Post Permanency Clinician to provide therapy for children and families navigating adoption challenges. The Adoption Department at Lund seeks a Post Permanency Clinician who is a compassionate and experienced therapist with a heart for children and families navigating the path of adoption and healing from trauma. We are seeking a thoughtful, collaborative, and adoption-competent clinician to join our team and provide therapeutic services to youth and families formed through adoption and guardianship.
This role provides intensive trauma-informed, family-focused therapy to 8-10 youthand their families each year. Services may take place in homes, virtually, or in-office, depending on the needs of the family and location across the different counties assigned. The Clinician completes thorough assessments of family strengths, challenges, and histories to help build trust and understanding and develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and objectives to support long-term stability and healing.
As a key member of each youth’s care team, this role collaborates closely with Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Recruiters and other service providers—especially those delivering post-permanency support—to ensure a coordinated, wraparound approach. They serve as an advocate for youth and caregivers, helping them navigate systems and access the resources they need to thrive. Diligent documentation of all services—including progress notes and treatment updates—is essential to ensure compliance with Medicaid, insurance, and agency standards.
This is a full-time, remote, 40-hour per week position. Traveling is an expectation for this position, and the counties assigned to this position are Rutland, Bennington, Windham, Winsor, Orange, and parts of Caledonia. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000.
