Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Post-Partum Flex RN for full-time night shifts (36 hours/week) across multiple OhioHealth care sites, including Riverside, Grant, Doctors, Dublin, and more. The role requires bedside nursing in postpartum units, adaptability to different units, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Minimum qualifications include an Ohio RN license and BLS; BSN is preferred and one year of nursing experience is required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN preferred or required.
• One year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and ongoing health status assessments.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to revise care plan.
• Participate in process improvement to improve quality and safety.
• Provide leadership and supervision to LPNs and UAPs.
