Job summary
C Catholic Health Initiatives in Omaha, NE seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide individualized, high-quality care across the patient care continuum. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an RN nursing program
- Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 5 months
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 5 months
Responsibilities
- Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate; continuous, ongoing and adapted as needed.
- Assess data including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors.
- Plan measurable short and long-term goals with the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team.
- Implement and/or modify the plan of care, coordinate education and discharge planning.
- Evaluate progress, revise the plan of care with the team and patient.
- Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient’s record.
