• Graduate of an RN nursing program
• Registered Nurse license in NE (Nebraska)
• CPR certification
• ACLS certification within 5 months

Responsibilities

• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate; ongoing with the patient.
• Assess patient data including physical, psychological and social factors.
• Plan measurable short- and long-term goals with the healthcare consumer and team.
• Implement the plan of care with coordination, education and discharge planning.
• Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient’s record.
