Job summary
Baptist Health is looking for a dedicated aide to provide nursing care and support for patients, particularly focusing on personal hygiene and routine vital signs. This full-time position includes 12-hour shifts to assist patients in their daily activities while ensuring a safe environment under the supervision of a registered nurse.
The ideal candidate will have completed an Approved Aide Training Program/SRNA and preferably have one year of experience.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living.
- Provides nursing care, especially for pediatric and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in personal hygiene of patients.
- Monitor and document routine vital signs.
- Provide routine care under RN supervision.
