Job summary

The Lorenz Clinic, LLC in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area is seeking an Associate Training Director to lead the Post-Master’s Fellowship, guiding pre-licensed clinicians toward independent licensure on LICSW, LMFT, and LPCC tracks.

The role focuses on the conditions for high-quality clinical work and the formation of independent practitioners. The position oversees the Fellowship arc, seminar design, and supervision operations across sites, while maintaining a clinical caseload.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Independent clinical licensure in Minnesota or eligibility with defined timeline.
• Board-approved supervisor status or eligibility to obtain it.
• Clinical supervision experience with pre-licensed clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Hold the two-year Fellowship arc and coordinate the Fellowship cohort.
• Own the Fellowship seminar with monthly full-day sessions.
• Maintain curricular coherence across two years and coordinate with practicum leadership.
• Supervise the cohort and oversee supervisor operations across sites.
• Carry a clinical caseload as part of the role.
• Provide administrative supervision to fellows and support operational needs.
