Job summary

Lorenz Clinic in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area seeks a Post-Master's Fellowship training director to guide fellows toward independent licensure on LICSW, LMFT, and LPCC tracks. The role centers on training, supervision, and curricular coherence across two years within a real community mental health clinic.

The appointed Associate Training Director leads cohort seminars, coordinates across sites, and ensures high-quality supervision while maintaining a bounded clinical caseload.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage & family therapy, or related field.
• Independent Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Psychologist or doctoral-level LMFT, or eligible.
• Board-approved supervisor status or eligible to obtain it.
• Clinical supervision experience with pre-licensed clinicians.
• Grounding in systemic/relational models; depth/second-order change.

Responsibilities

• Owns the cohort seminar and supervision operations across the two-year fellowship.
• Coordinates with practicum leadership for curricular coherence across sites.
• Maintains accountability for the quality of supervision fellows receive.
• Manages the supervisory alliance as an intervention and fosters cultural humility.
• Not remote; role requires in-person collaboration within the clinic.
