Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with practical experience.
• Experience with medical device risk management (ISO 14971).
• Experience investigating product complaints and CAPA activities.
• Strong data analysis using statistical methods to assess reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical evaluations of field-observed product performance and conduct risk assessments.
• Analyze complaint data, software performance, hardware reliability and trends for improvements.
• Collaborate with Medical Safety to assess patient harm and overall risk.
• Evaluate design, manufacturing, supplier, and software changes for released products.
• Act as technical representative for post-market quality processes (CAPA).
