Job summary

CardioQuip, LLC is seeking a Post-Market R&D Engineer to support released cardiovascular products through the life cycle. You will perform engineering investigations, product improvements, design changes, and CAPA activities while maintaining compliant documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating design transfers, validating changes, and ensuring manufacturing readiness, with exposure to post-market data analysis, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field required.
• 1+ year of relevant industry experience preferred (medical device).
• PM experience or CAPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle-management and post-market maintenance for released CardioQuip products, including design changes with justification, risk assessment, validation, and documentation.
• Lead or coordinate routine design transfer activities for new products and changes, including manufacturing readiness, drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and production docs.
• Analyze post-market data, service, and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities, and recommend actions.
