Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Biomedical Engineering intern in the United States. You will join one of the R&D teams to apply classroom knowledge on fast-paced projects, develop skills, and network with leaders across the business.

You will document complex processes and present findings clearly while contributing to meaningful healthcare innovations. The internship targets Biomedical Engineering majors, requires enrollment in a degree program, and expects strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and must remain enrolled.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher at time of hire.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D New Product Development with cross-functional teams to identify needs and goals of future products.
• Research new technologies, customer expectations, and business requirements to inform concepts.
• Document complex processes and present findings in a clear format for stakeholders.
• Assist Product Engineering to identify improvements and support safety/efficacy enhancements of existing products.
