Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required in Georgia
• 2 years nursing experience required
• 2 years critical care or procurement experience preferred
• CCTC/CCTN/CCPC certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for lung transplant recipients as primary point of contact
• Monitor clinical status and identify early signs of rejection or infection
• Review and monitor laboratory results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for post-transplant care

• CCTN - Certified Cardiothoracic Nurse within Cardiac Surgery Subspecialty Preferred or
• CCPC Preferred
