Job summary

Noblis is seeking experienced Business Analysts to support FAA Air Traffic Systems and Surveillance Services. You will analyze objectives, model data, and document processes while guiding change across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing future-state processes, communicating results via briefs and graphics, and facilitating organizational adoption of improvements. US citizenship or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management.
• Strong background in developing logical data models and documenting business processes.
• Experience with process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and measuring efficiency/effectiveness.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Able to work independently and in teams; proactive and time-conscious.
• Must pass FAA background investigation and obtain final suitability determination.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder with 3+ years in the U.S.
