Post-Harvest Technician

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Post-Harvest Technician to prepare medical cannabis products for distribution in our Trimming and Packaging Departments at our Hagerstown, MD facility. The role involves working tactically to execute production schedules, including trimming, packaging, labeling, and inventory recording, within a diverse team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely trimming and hand manicuring of medical cannabis
• Creating and packaging Cannabis Flower and Pre-Roll products
• Maintaining efficiency and productivity
• Ensuring quality and accuracy
• Keeping the workspace organized and clean
• Adhering to compliance policies and procedures
• Labeling and recording inventory data
• Assisting with harvest and curing processes
• Performing additional related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must comply with all company and state policies and regulations
• Must meet state age requirements

• Basic knowledge of cannabis
