TRP is seeking a hardworking, goal-oriented individual for its trim/packaging department in a cGMP facility. The role focuses on post-harvest operations, supervision of buckdown and trimming teams, and ensuring compliance with METRC and SOPs. Weekend work and long hours are possible.
The position requires 2+ years in cannabis post-harvest or similar production, strong drying/curing knowledge, and leadership skills to drive efficiency and quality.

We are looking for a hardworking, goal-oriented individual to join our trim/packaging department.Trimmers/packagers are responsible executing production plans in keeping with the Company’s operating procedures. Trimmers/packagers carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the medical cannabis production cycle.
Required:
This job operates in a cGMP inspected manufacturing facility. This role routinely uses gloves and scissors, and employees are required to wear coveralls, hairnets, and other PPE, including at times, face covers. This position regularly requires long hours. Weekend work opportunities are available and, at times, may be required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. This employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms, and may be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
This is a full-time position. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
This position does not require travel.
